This page explains what data coachthoa.com processes, why it is used and what you can request.

Data we collect
When you send a coaching enquiry, Thoa collects your name, email or phone number, coaching preference and consent record (wording, version, language and submission time). This form does not ask for health information, measurements, photos or videos.
When you book a consultation, the form asks for your name, a phone number or WhatsApp/Zalo contact, the selected time and your time zone. Email and notes are optional.
The site has no user accounts, does not process payments and currently uses no dedicated behavioural analytics tool.
How the data is used
Booking information is used only to check availability, create a Google Calendar appointment, generate a Google Meet link and contact you about the consultation.
Thoa uses enquiry details to respond about your selected coaching service, based on your consent. An enquiry does not sign you up for marketing. Booking details are processed to fulfil your appointment request.
Third-party services
The site is hosted on Vercel. Coaching enquiries are delivered to Thoa’s inbox through Resend, including the consent record. These providers may process data outside Vietnam. Google Calendar and Google Meet process booking data, while Google Places supplies public reviews. Embedded Instagram content may connect to Meta services when it loads.
Retention, cookies and local storage
Enquiries and consent records are kept in Thoa’s inbox while needed to respond and follow up your request, and are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed, subject to any legal retention obligations. Delivery providers may retain service records under their own policies. The form does not save your entries in browser storage. A short-lived request limit helps prevent spam.
Booking data remains in Google Calendar while it is needed to deliver and follow up the consultation, then is reviewed and deleted when it is no longer required. Technical infrastructure may keep limited security logs.
The site itself stores only the twt-lang language choice in your browser’s local storage. Google, Meta or Vercel services may use cookies or similar technology under their own policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing and a copy of your data. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
You may withdraw your consent to enquiry processing by contacting Thoa. This does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal.
