Data we collect
When you book a consultation, the form asks for your name, a phone number or WhatsApp/Zalo contact, the selected time and your time zone. Email and notes are optional.
The site has no user accounts, does not process payments and currently uses no dedicated behavioural analytics tool.
How the data is used
Booking information is used only to check availability, create a Google Calendar appointment, generate a Google Meet link and contact you about the consultation.
The processing is based on your request to make a booking and the legitimate interest in organising, securing and maintaining the service.
Third-party services
The site is hosted on Vercel. Google Calendar and Google Meet process booking data, while Google Places supplies public reviews. Embedded Instagram content may connect to Meta services when it loads.
Retention, cookies and local storage
Booking data remains in Google Calendar while it is needed to deliver and follow up the consultation, then is reviewed and deleted when it is no longer required. Technical infrastructure may keep limited security logs.
The site itself stores only the twt-lang language choice in your browser’s local storage. Google, Meta or Vercel services may use cookies or similar technology under their own policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing and a copy of your data. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
